If that was the plan, why go to the trouble of not drawing a salary and holding off until this permit is granted? Why not just raise in the low 2’s 6 weeks ago?
They don’t have any broker mates, that’s why the share price is so low and there is such low publicity. The majority of previous raises went to existing shareholders as well as management and their relatives/associates.
