EMR purchased Renaissance by scrip issue. The great majority of RNS shareholders took up the offer. Many are here on the EMR thread. The scrip issue contributed to the large amount of EMR shares on issue. Renaissance is the registered in Cambodiia entity of emr and is 100% owned by emr. EMR operate in Cambodia as Renaissance. The original licence holder of Okvau was Oz Minerals, license taken over by Renaissance, who were bought out by EMR. All these companies were/are Perth based. The off market buy out enabled EMR to gain their toe hold in Cambodia. That toe hold is soon to become a large footprint, and will enable Cambodia to move from a horizontal economy to a vertical economy. This is the stated intention of Morgan Hart, made at the AGM in 2018. The MD of RNS, Justin Tremain, moved to EMR as a director, but left to become MD of Exore Resources operating in the Ivory Coast of West Africa. I suggested last year that ERX could be a suitable take over target for EMR. Not to be, as ERX were taken over by Perseus Mining Soon after in September. Strange (or maybe not) thing, is that all these companies are Perth based & registered. Well, there you go......
