They are being re-rated slowly but surely. VPG/CNP/CER/MCW/IIF and so forth
The market appears to have stopped running as hard as the last couple of weeks and now these small caps reits are running. At the moment, I see no need to day trade these as the trend is up, and the upside is huge (over 100% gains) and likely. Many are trading way below NTA and a writeup in property values are expected.
They do have debt problems but banks are now more willing to refinance and nearly all have a decent underlying profit.
