Brokers could have a possible vested interest here?
If you consider say a DIY investor who has to chose say between an ETF or managed fund over directly investing in the market (themselves via a broker)....
One could argue brokers might also be in the market for a clip of future "FUM..."
Have any of them declared that potential bias (on downgrading the stock)?
