IMO, with the wrap up of all but one patent, and the seemingly urgent discussions with HGST, I would hazard a guess that 4DS were requested to show the metrics of the chip to HGST and potentially had discussions regarding "the right to first refusal".

Next Monday id say we see final metrics being released aswell as an announcment stating that we are looking for acquirers and are ready to showcase - if HGST haven't signed on for either an acquistion or licencing.
