    you guys hilarious...you knew what assets were in spinoff....yeah it down & i guess some people cashing in for whatever reason but it only the first day its been traded & you having a panic.
    be realistic...whoever wanted to sell has pretty much sold & sellers seem to be drying up.
    it only first day of trading...well 3hrs worth.
    did you think they were gonna be 50c or something?
    they got plenty of cash ..why panic?
