    AXM have over 600 million shares on issue.

    At 9.8 cents AXM are trading near their lows.

    AXM have just announced a trading halt, which they say may become a "voluntary suspension" due to a proposed "recapitalisation and restructuring arrangement"

    AXM hopes to emerge debt free and with $50 million in cash.

    With the share price at just 9.8 cents how many hundreds of millions of shares are going to be issued?

    Now let's not forget the posters here who were telling us "All is fine with AXM except the share price."
