I managed to buy in @ .0115 so i think anyone can get those (i hit "at market") and that's what i got in for maybe i just got lucky
I just thought it was a bit of a coincidence the selling began when the NWE ann came out. SH have been jumping between NWE - TPD in the last month.
Guess we'll see, the rig should be with TPD shortly.
