ATC Chart, page-458

Sorry just started researching this stock this morning and was wondering if someone can fill in what I cannot work out.
1/ The plant is being built in Germany, but is there some Malaysian play where they have broken ground already?
2/ Has there been a proposition as to when full scale production will occur?
3/ There is another company A4N with a market cap of 385 million vs ATC at 135 million trying to do the same
HPA plant with the same stated output, but appears a bit further behind ATC.
4/ Has ATC sold its first ten years of output or do they or will they produce more than the stated agreements.
