You're obviously only posting this as some sort of attempt to insult someone to feel better about yourself, quite in character for you, but obviously I know the concept you're talking about, and yes, it was a typo of sorts, I suppose. It was of course an error, I was typing on the phone while doing other things and with a scattered brain I mixed the concepts of liquidity (which is relevant in the post) with pushing the price around.
Bad as your intentions are, the point is valid and I'm surprised no one else pointed it out, it was a very obvious error. Obviously if I'm actually pip trading and have been doing it for over 10 years I'm well aware of how it works.
To the person I was responding to, sorry for being careless while typing. As Gcar says, buying more actually will push the price in the direction you want, but liquidity is the problem with buying too much. Buying too large a chunk of a likely wall size means you may be unlikely to see our at the price you want.
