Totally agree but for me PEN is virtually JORCED anyway or its the jorc you are having while you are waiting for your jorc. JORC is a formality and agreed totally necessary before she runs but we all know the U is in the ground in quantity and quality, so for me permitting (pesky humans) signing the papers is the BIG one.
