I think shareholders were pretty lucky with the bounce back, the article in Financial Review I think helped put things in perspective. Personally I was a big believer in TLS but really do not know how they are going to handle this transition, probably very great or very poorly I middle ground is going to be hard given competitors present. I have looked into companies that are going to benefit from the split like Optus (SGT) and looking for good entries in them for when the decision is passed.
