The MSA is pretty much a formality (agreement already known) and the $2M in fees is nothing to get excited about. However, what is exciting is the sub text of developing long term mRNA manufacturing on shore. It reads like a pre cursor to a more significant agreement later this year with TBA vaccine. DoH, Monash, IDT... mRNA network... May be difficult for some to connect the dots but looks to be developing as expected if you read between the lines
