Ben said in the presentation a few weeks back that conversion of customer MoUs to contracts was dependent on having launch dates and specs. Hence this manufacturing contract required first. Now that they have this (or once detail is sorted and it is signed) they can then proceed to next step with customers.
Once they have contracts with customers they can arrange funding:
- pre IPO conv notes they referred to in this
- other debt
