I likes "The future belongs to those who see it coming" from Bowie.
However, why does he have to say that NSW is the only state doing anything in this space. Come on! Only a few days ago Queensland made a similar announcement, but with more detail. And, this will make NSW the world leader. Again. Not 'a', but 'the'. Who is he fooling?
But it was good to see the Nats and the Environment Minister sharing in the glory. Better than another leader (not saying, but initials SM) who keeps the good news all to himself.
