You've been on this train for as long as I can remember mate and you know the drill. CXO rewards patience and punishes short term flipping.
All I can suggest is that whatever your holding you make sure you cling to it like you know what to a blanket. You''l be able to buy them another house soon enough.
There is zero doubt in my mind that once we go into production and are producing 190 000 tons a year (or thereabouts) the share price is going to be measured in the dollar's and I do mean that in the Plural sense.
1500 USD spot price minus the All-in Sustaining Cost of 441 per ton leaves 1059 USD a ton. Times that by 190 000 tons a year of production and that's 201.21 Million USD. Times that by an exchange rate of 1.35 to Aussie dollars and add 4.125 million for the lithium fines after expenses are deducted and your left with a pre-tax yearly profit of 275.75 Million AUD.
Take 30% off in business tax (they could probably do some accountant trickery to get it lower but lets just assume were using conservative figures) and that's 193 Million AUD a year after tax.
A 20 year mine life * yearly EBIDTA profit of 193 million a year means a 3.86 Billion dollar market cap and a share price of $2.27 AUD
A 25 year mine life * yearly EBIDTA profit of 193 million a year means a 4.825 Billion dollar market cap and a share price of $2.83 AUD
Current conservative spot price estimate (based off retiredyoung's monitoring of Asian Metal Markets) is 1170 USD a ton and this figure really is a the absolute bottom of the reported figures for the current contractual going rate with many suggesting that October and November contract prices are ranging a minimum of 1400-1500 USD already.
None the less, if we yet again take the gloomiest outlook and use 1170 and use a one percent rise per trading day day on the current means in 25 trading days the conservative price for Spod will be 1500. Currently the price is actually rising daily around around 1.75% with no signs of stopping and an article I just read is suggesting that already, major contract amounts around the 2000 dollar mark are going to become the norm in the not too distant future.
Even if your only sitting on a few hundred K of shares right now, they are going to blow up in value by the time the first ship leaves for China.
