That was discussed before , and what you are advocating is the standard and correct approach in scaling up and debottling a plant after testing it initially up to name plate . Board and management have no idea what they are doing very amateurish or they are completely consumed by arrogance or have they been talked into this by a contractor who is still on site ?- have seen the same situation occur on sites I worked at in California
They are following text book examples on how to make a company fail in achieving low capex intensity per tonne produced long term , may get a short term sugar fix I guess .
You would think they would be getting all their ducks in a row
