since there is no chart I thought I will start chart thread.
pls see below, according to chart its playing out butterfly pattern, which is Bullish signal. It could be worth going long on this one now, first target around 11 and second target 16, it if plays out as intended. Stop loss should be just below D, which I would say 3.6. Again all this in My opinion, not financial advise. DYOR pls.
