For WF to give form 605 to indicate they are no longer a substantial shareholder, they would have needed to sell at least 9.3 million shares to bring their percentage shareholding under 5%. If it was their intention to keep selling, surely they could have sold this many shares between 14 August and now.
More likely other institutions have been selling as well. What has been surprising is that there have been no notices of changes in substantial holding.
