Based on vaccination status of 64% double vaxed over 50 in Vic, irrespective of any other medical co-morbidities, 13 deaths on the same day all being vaccinated would happen at least once a year, not a basis of proof of failure IMO.
90% unvaxxed in hospital still equates to 16 times more likely to end up in hospital without the vaccine.
