tailspin: there are several dedicated EW software packages if you are a serious devotee....I just use my regular charting software and apply the techniques.....
learning EW theory is probably more important than the software you use..
www.elliotwave.net is one which can give some good info but there ar emany others
There are several software packages that allow you to apply fib tools..
I use market analyser available through mdsnews but there are many others
Paritech offer pulse which is excellent
