RSG has failed to successfully ramp up the Syama plant. Production in July was 7,000 oz but fell to a disasterous 4,114 oz in August with September expected to be similar. At these rates they are not even achieving 20% of the 250,000 oz/year production. They claim costs are $9M/month at Syama so with production at 4,100oz they are losing about $4.3M/month.
Shareholders are paying for the mangement/board failure to deliver. Blue sky exists but if RSG doesn't get it's act together RSG will falter & be forced into receivership. Unfortunatley I have a holding in RSG.
