no doubt this will run today

i think only a collapse on the DOW will hold vpg down today,

chart perfectly poised for a breakout , all Technicals and Fundamentals in place ,closing on the days high , on decent volume , cant really ask for more , this could keep running for a few days , initial target is 27c , but 40c not out of the question either , the patient will be well rewarded .GL
