Nah, I'm fine with what you've said, by and large. Mostly agree.

Only parts I'd dispute:
- They can value conservatively, but still has to be a reasonable opinion on the market value, and documented. If they thought the share was worth 5c-10c, they can use 5c. They can't use 1c.
- If anyone exited in the last 18 months, the value of ISX units in the holding was effectively 5c. They don't get recompensated again later if the value jumps or falls on reopen.
