I'll be selling some LTR soon as I put an offer in for a block of land this week and they accepted my "Hail Mary offer".I was hoping they might meet me 1/2 way but they accpted my offer. I'm planning on paying for it soley with my LTR shares as I figured I'm sittiing on around 1500% gain so time to lock in some profit by selling a few of them.
I even got cheecky and asked for a 45 day settlement so those I sell can hopefully happen after the DFS is released.
Super stoked as basically the money I put into LTR would have been enough for a deposit on a house, its now enough to buy the block, do the build and have about half my shares still left.
The house I'm planning on building is a timber clad cottage style 3 BR home so I shall be a flog and name it and put a cottagy sign above the front door.
I have two ideas for the name at this stage.:
A. "Tim Goyder House"
or
B. "Andrews Pussy Palace"
