Seems like a cheap pickup. Keep in mind previous production metrics are 3million lb per year for LOT - so this gives them an extra 2 years mine life (effectively). Satellite production will increase overheads however. Maybe they can try for in-situ recovery (like PEN) in that location - which could be interesting (as a pilot). Anyway, good to see small, yet meaningful steps towards adding value to the asset - which hopefully brings increased shareholder value (i feel we are lagging a good 10-15% in valuation to our peers).
