Yep I am with you Swanny. We have had a couple of false starts but I think the stars are aligning this time. The market is there, the product is there, the govt backing is there, the buyer is there, the tech and know how is there, the rail line to Townsville looks like it will be there - just need some bucks but if the govt speak is correct then hopefully some significant $ backing will originate their to help offset risk factors for lenders or equity partners. If LG were to advance purchase or similar that would be well received, and whilst we haven't heard anything to that effect, I wouldn't expect to do so until negs are complete but I'm confident BB won't fall for that one twice in a row!
