Oct 14 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2000 GMT on Thursday:

** Greece's largest carrier Aegean Airlines AGNr.AT said it has raised its stake in Romanian Animawings to 51% from 25%, strengthening its presence in the Romanian market.

** Portugal's EDP EDP.LS placed the winning bid of 1.977 billion reais ($359 million) in an auction for Brazilian power transmission company Celg T, which has been controlled by the state government of Goias via CelgPar GPAR3.SA .

** Italy's antitrust authority said it had given a conditional green light to Nexi's NEXII.MI acquisition of smaller rival SIA to create an Italian payments champion.

** Australian fund IFM said it had secured a 10.83% holding in Spanish energy group Naturgy NTGY.MC for 2.32 billion euros ($2.69 billion) in a tender offer, less than half of what it had initially sought to buy.

** Abu Dhabi conglomerate International Holding Co (IHC) plans to list subsidiary Multiply, a holding company that invests in tech-focused businesses, on Abu Dhabi's main stock market this year, IHC's chief executive said.

** Czech investor Pavel Tykac, who owns the Sev.en Energy group, wants to increase his stake in MONETA Money Bank MONET.PR and help build a strong domestic lender, he was quoted as saying in an interview with SeznamZpravy.cz.

** Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc WBA.O will invest an additional $5.2 billion in care provider VillageMD as the pharmacy chain aims to expand primary healthcare services at its stores, the two companies said on Thursday.

** Canada's Canopy Growth Corp WEED.TO , CGC.O said it would buy weed gummies maker Wana Brands for $297.5 million, as the world's biggest pot producer looks to expand in the U.S. cannabis market.

** Japan's Sumitomo Metal Mining Co Ltd 5713.T and Sumitomo Corp 8053.T agreed to sell their stakes in the Sierra Gorda copper mine in Chile to Australian miner South32 Ltd (S32) for $1.55 billion including net debt adjustment, the companies said.

** State-controlled Brazilian oil company Petroleo Brasileiro SA PETR4.SA , known as Petrobras, confirmed in a securities filing that a group led by Aguila Energia offered more than $1.5 billion to acquire onshore fields in the state of Bahia.

** Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro, frustrated that he has been blamed for gasoline price increases, is now inclined to privatize oil company Petrobras PETR4.SA , he said, adding he would discuss the idea with economic advisors.

** Brazilian economy minister Paulo Guedes said he was in favor of the government selling part of its stake in oil company Petroleo Brasileiro SA, known as Petrobras, to fund aid programs for the poor.

** Brazilian healthcare company Hapvida Participacoes HAPV3.SA has acquired Viventi hospital in Brasilia for 220 million reais ($40 million), including the operations and real estate, the company said in a securities filing on Wednesday evening.

** Shareholders of Polish refiner Grupa Lotos LTSP.WA agreed to sell of some of the company's assets in order to meet conditions set by the European Commision as a part of a planned takeover by larger rival PKN Orlen PKN.WA .

** Telstra Corp (TLS) Ltd is close to completing a deal to buy the Pacific operations of telecommunications firm Digicel Group in partnership with the Australian government, two sources familiar with the bid told Reuters.

** Japanese retail group Aeon Co 8267.T announced a takeover bid for Can Do Co 2698.T , a popular chain offering household goods for 100 yen.

** Investment management firm Holocene Advisors said it will not back Merck & Co's MRK.N offer to buy Acceleron Pharma Inc XLRN.O for $180 per share, saying it significantly undervalues the drugmaker.
