with the penny dropping you are going to find it harder to find a fool to pay bubble prices for %2.5 yielding property, madness with cash rates heading to %6 in next 6 months,property prices will adjust & guess which way ?from november 2003 peak prices there will be a 50% correction in prices over the next 18 months.. then look & see what sell at any price property is around.
