hydrogen is a good baseload supply has been known many many years ? But you need plenty of water a dam very very difficult to pop one up Willy nilly !
some places have no water so cannot supply all grids it’s cheaper and quicker for reactors small and full blown
there is nothing out there that is green currently when comparing to nuclear for guarantee baseload supply !!!
