I am trading across multiple REIT's and doing really well in CER, MDT and CNP... these have had a very strong run only recently.
So I will be selling these and buying VPG when back online.
I note alot of investors will also take this opportunity if it does infact dip to buy in on market to:
a) Get into a stock which is lagging the other peers in group to take advantage of upside.
b) Get into the stock to take advantage of 4 to 1
c) Sell out of other REIT's which have had strong run to enter VPG
If it does drop it wont drop for long.
