To note, the fib 61.8% retracement is looking like the near-bottom (from the 52 week high and low), after the panic in legal filing back in July. Also, you can see a pattern of when the price drops below the daily 200EMA, it recovers. Lets see if this trend can continue over this last quarter. I believe untill we have more clarity on FA news, we will be at the mercy of the market and where that heads. ATM, it looks undecided, although recently have had more positive movement.

Predictions, we must await FA news on mining permits, before any real change comes along. I rekon until then, more accumulation.
