Talking about the AGM, and election of directors to the board! The information to investors must be sent out thirty days prior to the election or re-election of company directors! As the shareholders meeting is held in Western Australia. So if a group of smaller investors pool together, to nominate a independent director. I believe the company need to give notice to shareholders, so that possible nominees by shareholders can be added to the notices for the AGM and ASX! Then all shareholders can vote on all the nominees even the ones that are not sanctioned by the current board! If a group of unhappy shareholders want to announce a nominee to the company board! The current board made it impossible or very hard, as shareholders only was given a few days notice before the nominees should be sent to the Company Secretary! Is this following the the ASX obligation that listed companies have? I don't think EVE is complying! Can someone please tell me if I am wrong!
