its a massive revenue & margin raiser
the real question is how big & costly & where to build it & where does the Li C M come from
All Li miners like PLS will want to refine in WA for cost cutting & higher margins just like Ni miners MCR WSA IGO go to BHP refinery for their Ni offtakes.
WA becomes an EV commodity miner producer & refinery centre all in one cutting out China & BHP altogether & in massive demand from the west EU US Canada who will choose us over them hands down.
