Resolution 4 of the forthcoming AGM makes it a possibility. That's all.
We don't need the money.
WBT have not said they are planning on it.
There is nothing on the horizon.
However it does give them the capacity to issue 25% of fresh equity.
I'm simply guessing that it might happen , based on that resolution.
If it were to happen there would be advantages to teaming up with a big player in the space.
