instos underweight = opportunity

Been out today, so haven't read through all the VPG threads, but just a thought...

IMO, most instos have abandoned the (now) small cap REITS. Whilst there can be selling by instos to make a quick buck on these placements, if instos are generally underweight this part of the sector, it may actually help the sp via re-introducing some instos at a safer point in the cycle. They then may build on the stake from here.
