    • COURT HAS APPROVED POSTPONEMENT OF SCHEME MEETING ON PROPOSED MERGER OF FIREFLY
    • SCHEME MEETING WILL NOW BE HELD ON 27 OCT
    • CONTINUE TO UNANIMOUSLY RECOMMENDED THAT, IN ABSENCE OF A SUPERIOR PROPOSAL FIREFLY SHAREHOLDERS VOTE IN FAVOUR OF SCHEME
