If China takes a more aggressive view with regard to the South China Sea and Taiwan, the prices for LREE and HREE will surge.

this is great for PEK as NdPr oxide is has been stable for months. Warehouse levels are low and ESG is all over the news.

my price target for end of March next year is 20 cents +
