Newland Finance, part owner of Sino, is being wound up in the UK.
Could be the reason Sino did not take up the shortfall.
Nether-the-less, the shortfall has been taken up, no doubt it was probably lined up a while ago, as Colless should have known the Sino situation.
The buying at .5 continues, these guys will have an exit plan, time will tell.
