I clicked on the two links in the prospectus document. The general form says 'not open yet', while the MTC priority one says 'offer closed'. Neither has anything to do with the 45M free shares. All pretty strange. Also interesting that very small holders are to be prioritised to bring their holdings up to a certain minimum level. Obviously they're trying to minimise the number of shareholders with unmarketable parcels.
