Just spoke to the CEO. He was not able to put my mind at rest, but was able to tell me that they are ready to go through the ASX re-list process when the ASX are. So realistically, no re-list for a few months, IF the ASX accepts the books they have prepared. If the ASX are going to need more, then could be months and months away.
I also put it straight to him that a lot of share holders feel like they have no desire to re-list and want to go private. His response was no, no, no, no, and I did believe him, so I have more faith that they are actually working towards re-listing.
I also told him a lot of people would greatly appreciate a few more regular updates and for them to be crystal clear with us as to what's going on, and he said the only things they have not been putting in their website are things they can't legally talk about, but they will come out in the future. So I guess there is no news. Good or bad.
So overall, I guess I don't really know. But at least they are trying I guess. There was certainly no signs of "Don't worry, everything will be fine" anywhere in the conversation, but at least he remains hopeful. Not sure if that's a positive or not.
