Not sure RIO entering into a Joint Venture with the Angolan Govt will help much, they have done their deal. Likely to take more than 5 years to determine if they will mine Chiri. By then they won't have any diamond mining operations (based on current info), this could mean they exit diamonds altogether (something they have considered in the past) or projects like Lulo could be on their radar.

I agree with you on an exciting opportunity as I don't see any other small/medium diamond company with as much potential upside.
Though as investors here can agree diamonds are tricky!
