Hi rocket,
As Ken said, we are primarily focused on the ARM model of IP licensing. That is where the large markets are ( > 1 million devices). ARM does not make a procesor chip. They licence their IP to device manufacturers.
BRN will have batches of Akidas made in response to customer orders.
Besides, we have Akida 2000 etc. in the pipeline, so we don't want to have an end-of-season sale.
