The Patent obviously protects the IP, that in itself adds value IMO
This would relate to an over the counter product IMO which could prevent say a Blackmores or the likes running behind NTI's back and going direct with DC's. This protects all the hard work done by NTI since getting their hands on these strains and working with them.
As Brian said in his last interview, NTI has been quiet as to protect all the hard work to get thus far. I think news flow after Patent granted will increase, they will be able to discuss in more depth etc.
NTI's about to find its voice, results from the current human trial cant be far off either IMO
