While applauding the Hydrogen push, remember that others are getting into the game too, including ORG and without doubt WPL will too at some stage. Others around the world too. The applications are wide but using it to replace coke in blast furnaces is a long time away. As technologies turn from emerging to established, the price of the product will drop sharply so calculating revenue at this point would be premature.
Hydrogen should be viewed as just another step towards becoming a diversified resources company including Nickel and other resources along the way. The cash flow from IO while it lasts, gives FMG the firepower to do this and luckily AF has the vision. We should be hailing his achievements warts and all. He did not spend a year travelling the world with his team investigating all forms of emerging trends just for curiosity. I have been accumulating at current levels for the long haul. What is not to like at these price levels - an 8% yield at worst case IO prices, which is higher than most blue chips, plus a clear pathway to future growth and stability.
