Agree on the "not rising quickly", but as the industrial nations slowly emerge from recession, the demand for Copper will increase. There is a scenario that the Western world has destocked and as demand increases, restocking will need to occur as well as supply the new demand. This double demand wammy could be the impetus to push Copper stocks below 200,000 on the LME and see the price climb above $3.
