    From the prospectus:
    Catapult - Legend Petroleum still hasn't refunded TEX $265,000 for withdrawing from Catapult...Legend has provided a promissory note for $265,200 which is payable on demand after 15/9/09.
    For the legal eagles....If Target demand payment after 15/9/09 & Legend fail to pay in x days, what are the consequenses to Legen if they fail to pay?
    Do they hand over catapult to Target??
