I've noticed that gold projects are doing their Scoping / PEA studies at a discount rate of 5% (I have the view it is light for early studies, but that's what they are doing). DEG Scoping study was at 5%, Probe Metals at 5% (PEA aka Scoping Study).
I think 5% discount rate is more reasonable for PFS / DFS.
