If CNP have to come up with the cash then it amounts to the same thing - a wind up as a result of a fiiesale of assets to meet debts in a hurry.
Simply put a note means if another party does not come up with the cash we are in firesale time. Yes the due dates are not all the same but the scale of the repayments still means firesale on a no vote. This is why Rufrano has said the D4E swap is the best option they could come up with.
I do suspect a better deal will arrive, or that mere discussions on this with other parties will lead to a renegotiation of the terms to a fairer level.
