Hi all, have been doing some research with view to taking a position, great story in terms of innovative clean green process with plenty of potential for revenue and expansion etc as per the Small Caps interview from a couple of months ago. Only concern that I was hoping to get some feedback on - and saw it mentioned in one of the other threads previously - is the register.
After checking top 20 holders in latest annual report I was surprised to see the amount of options and escrow shares outstanding. Besides around 50 million options with varying dates - and 33 million performance rights for Aug2023, there are 644,250,184 (!) ordinary shares that are subject to ASX escrow until 18 December 2022.
So despite the immenent ramp up in production and hopefully sales the enormous amount of escrowed shares could be a limiting factor for a long-term hold, appreciate any thoughts, cheers (not sure if these videos have been posted, didn't see them in thread so thought to add below - from 3 and 4 weeks ago).
